1. Service
AI Room Design (the "App") is a reference tool that applies interior styles to a photo of your room using AI. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. Credits and payments
- Rendering consumes credits. You can get credits as a daily free credit, by watching rewarded ads (daily cap applies), or through in-app purchases.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or cashed out. Uninstalling the App or changing devices may make credits unrecoverable.
- Payments are processed by Google Play Billing; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- If a render fails, no credit is charged (credits are charged only once success is confirmed).
- Prices and credit bundles may change with prior notice. The displayed price is the actual amount charged.
3. About AI results
- Results are AI-generated composites and do not guarantee real construction or purchase outcomes. Dimensions, materials, and lighting may differ from reality.
- The same photo and settings can produce different results each time, and some photos (low light, strong distortion, low resolution) may yield lower quality.
- Decisions about renovation or purchases based on results are your responsibility.
4. Rules of use
- Use only photos you took or have the right to use. Do not use photos of other people's homes without permission.
- Do not use the App with photos centered on people's faces or bodies, or to create unlawful, deceptive, or defamatory images.
- Reverse engineering the App, server, or AI system, or sending abnormally excessive requests, is prohibited.
- Violations may result in restricted access without prior notice.
5. Content rights
You retain rights to the photos you upload. We process them only as needed to produce results and provide History. You may freely save and share generated results for personal use. The App's design, code, and style data belong to the developer.
6. Changes and interruptions
Style and mode lists, features, and AI models may be added or changed without notice. If the service is discontinued entirely, we will announce it in the App at least 30 days in advance. Maintenance, outages, or third-party AI service issues may temporarily interrupt use.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranty regarding result accuracy, uninterrupted use, or data loss, and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
8. Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
