1. Overview
AI Room Design (the "App") applies the style and palette you choose to a photo of your room using AI. This policy explains what information the App processes and how.
2. Information we process

| Generated result image | Yes | Showing the result, History, save/share | Same as above |
| App-generated device identifier (random) | Yes | Credit balance, purchase restore, rewarded-ad verification | Removed when the App is uninstalled |
| Chosen room type / style / mode / palette, request time | Yes | Processing the request, troubleshooting | Same as result image |
| Name, email, phone, account | No | — | — |
| Location | No | — | — |
3. How photos are handled
- Only the single photo you pick in the system photo picker is sent to the App. The App never scans your gallery and requests no storage permission.
- The photo is transmitted over HTTPS to our server, which forwards it to an AI image service to produce the result.
- The original photo and the result are stored on the server so the in-app History (view again, save, share) works. Deleting the entry in the App deletes both server copies.
- Photos are never used for model training or advertising and are never shown to other users.
4. AI processing and third parties
Rendering uses the OpenAI image API, with the Google Gemini API as a fallback during outages. Photos are passed to those APIs solely to produce the result and are handled under each provider's API data terms. We do not sell or share your photos for any other purpose.
5. Device identifier and credits
On first launch the App creates a random identifier and stores it on your device. It is not linked to your real identity and is used only to track your credit balance, restore in-app purchases, and verify rewarded-ad views. Uninstalling the App removes the identifier; remaining credits cannot be recovered.
6. In-app purchases
Credit purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; we never receive your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase state, which receives the device identifier and purchase receipt.
7. Advertising
The App shows Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, app open). AdMob may collect the advertising ID (GAID), IP address, and device information to serve ads and prevent fraud. To verify rewarded-ad credits, the device identifier is included in AdMob's server-side verification callback. Users in the EEA, UK, and similar regions see a consent screen for personalized ads first; you can decline and still use the App. See the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Notifications
When a render finishes, the App shows a local notification generated on your device. No data is sent to a push server. You can turn notifications off in system settings.
9. Feedback
If you use "Send feedback", the category you pick, your message, and the App version are sent to our server. They are used only to respond and improve the App, and are kept for up to one year after resolution.
10. Permissions
- Photo picker — the Android photo picker is used, so full gallery access is not requested.
- Notifications — completion alerts (optional).
- Internet — AI processing, credits, ads.
11. Retention and deletion
Original photos and result images are deleted from the server when you delete the entry in the App. Device identifier and credit records are kept while the service operates and are deleted promptly on request.
12. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that such data was collected, we delete it immediately.
13. Your rights
You can delete History entries (including server copies), disable notifications, and withdraw ad-personalization consent (settings) at any time, and request deletion of any server-side data via the contact below (see Delete your data). We will guide you on locating your device identifier.
14. Changes
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are also announced inside the App.
